There are so many ways people can help the victims of Hurricane Harvey. This is one native Texas girl’s feeble attempt at adding to those efforts from all the way here in Tennessee. I chose a t-shirt because I like that it also serves as a reminder to us of a time when someone needed our help and we answered that call. Why Samaritan’s Purse?
I chose this charity/organization after researching the different options. There are so many organizations doing good right now in response to this disaster. Samaritan’s Purse is really great about being transparent about what exactly they are doing to help. What If I Want To Do More?
The feeling of helplessness is great in this type of situation.
